Thanks! I am very, very pleased with the way the site looks now. And there is positively no way that I could even attempt to customize a template myself, so mad props to anyone who can! Although it turns out that I am not as deficient at inserting photos as I thought - apparently the way my work computer is set up I can't do it from here. Not that I ever blog at work.

I love this template: the colors, design, everything - so nice! (I am in the process of customizing a new template as well, and I am getting SO frustrated because I cannot find the proper place in the coding to change the stupid color of something - aaargggg.)

We can wear jeans every day at work, but at my last job we could only wear them on Fridays. I always got around it by wearing a jean skirt. I think colored jeans were OK as well, as long as they weren't too faded or had holes in them.

There is someone at every company for whatever reason gets away with that crap. We get to wear jeans all week, but at my previous employer we were not allowed to wear jeans ever except on certain days if we paid $5 toward whatever charity they were trying to raise money for. Anyway, one guy wore jeans all the damn time. ALL THE TIME. AND TENNIS SHOES. I had to get a note from my doctor about wearing tennis shoes while pregnant. But him? I highly doubt he was pregnant. Anyway. He also sucked at his job, but they wouldn't fire him either. I have no idea what kind of dirt he had on the management.

Here...you can wear jeans all the time, but T-shirts are frowned upon except on Club -[COMPANY NAME] days which are like a day before any company event. And the secretaries nearly had to go to a no-jean policy for their department because no one would take the 3 hoochie mammas aside and tell them that T-shirts and disgustingly tight jeans and jeans with holes were not appropriate for work.

People are stupid sometimes. And then no one calls them on their crap and then we have to deal with it.

That was long. Sorry.
