Okay, I will admit it. I would not be able to identify one of her songs if my life depended on it. I ignored all the hype whenever she first came on the scene. But I am not sorry for not being an Amy Winehouse fan. I will not apologize AT ALL. Because anyone who looks this disgusting should not be a celebrity of any sort, troubled or otherwise. Even bald Britney wasn’t this hideous. GAH. *shudder*

In case you were wondering and/or even care, the highly-publicized pregnant man has given birth. I find it interesting that I just happened across that article as a mere footnote when I was looking for that article on Britney Spears. After all the hoopla regarding this person, how come I didn’t hear about it sooner?

Why won’t Jessica Simpson just go away? I mean really. Enough, already. At first, I liked her just as much as everyone else but I think we were all done with her when she split up with Nick Lachey. I do not care that she is dating Tony Romo, I do not care that she met his parents at an Olive Garden, I do not care what she has to say about her sister Ashlee’s baby bump.
And while I’m on the subject, I do not understand the phrase “baby bump”. Well, I understand what it means, but I don’t get why this seems to be the only way the media refers to pregnant celebrity bellies. I have never once heard that phrase used by real people in ordinary situations. I have been pregnant twice myself, and never once did I have someone comment on my “baby bump”. Belly, yes. Bump, no.

While I like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt very much and think they make a lovely couple, I must take issue with the term Brangelina (although I am quite sure they did not come up with it themselves). Attention media: the general public does not find it cute and endearing when you label celebrity couples with these combination names. We (or maybe just me?) find it annoying and obnoxious and overdone. Bennifer, TomKat, Spederline. PLEASE STOP.

Try living in Dallas. All they talked about during football season was how Jessica was the reason that Tony Romo sucked the day she went to a game. Nevermind the fact that Romo sucked every other game of the season!!!

Thank you! I do not think Amy Winehouse is the greatest singer evah – like so many people do. I think she sucks, AND she’s skanky and gross.
Maybe once everyone found out that the “man” was really a transgendered woman, and still had all her original equipment – it wasn’t such an oddity – therefore not newsworthy.
I think that as a regular person, if you have a “baby bump” people are hesitant to say anything because you might just be getting fat and they don’t want to piss you off – whereas it’s open season on celebrities – and if they’re wrong about the baby part, then they can start making fun of you for being fat.
Wow – I have a lot more opinions on this stuff than I thought I would.

OK, I own both Amy Whinehouse CDs- give her vocals a chance people! Her personal life however, DISASTER/Train wreck of monumental proportions. Li-Lo’s sister- not so cute, especially compared to her big sis. And that song, yikes.

I read yesterday that Brad and Angelina will only sell their newly-birthed twin photos to a magazine if said magazine agrees to stop referring to them as “Brangelina”…that is a pretty good bargaining chip

I love this post! While I do find most celebrity couple names pretty stupid, McGosling (Rache McAdams and Ryan Gosling) will always hold a special place in my heart.
Jessica Simpson is dead to me ever since my husband proclaimed his lust for her. At least my celebrity crushes have some intelligence and talent.
