When I ask him if he's awake he says lovely things like "I'm wide the eff awake" complete with holding his eye open with his fingers, then promptly falling his sleepy head back on his pillow, and I am left to struggle to get back to sleep for the next 45 minutes. Now he wakes me with his snoring and I escape to the guest room...yet another reason we can't have another kid - where would I go? Hehehe, escapee babies!
