We went there on our honeymoon. they speak french there so we could tell we were in another country, and it had a European feel (without the price). It is such a walkable city, and we stayed in an apartment in Little Italy so the food good lord…..can I go back now?

Best trip ever…last year (feels kinda dumb since you had to do my work while I was gone so you obviously know about it), New Haven, NYC, CT Indian casino, Cooperstown, Boston then road trip from Boston to Dallas thru NY, Philly, Cleveland, St Louis…best trip ever, even though we almost were killed by the Pennsylvania Hill People.
DC 2 months ago was pretty awesome since I don’t remember a sizeable portion in the middle…will make up for it when I go on the 4th…

It’s a relatively short trip from the continental US, no passport needed, and it’s got a great Caribbean feel. Plus, the other Caribbean islands are close by. Great environment for kids too.

Fri, 02 May 2008 16:04:01 +0000http://www.nonsoccermom.com/?p=59#comment-1622Gah. Cats in cribs would freak me out, especially with our giant 12-pounder. It’s hard enough to breathe when she’s sitting on MY chest at night.
I had a former coworker who was like FSL. He never brought food for potlucks, but often had 2 or 3 helpings of everyone else’s food. The one time he did bring food was to a 3-hour meeting, when he offered a half-eaten box of cereal to everyone – which he was plunging his hand into repeatedly.
Best trip? I’ve been to London and Dublin, but that was with my ex, so I’ll say Cancun. Warm sunshine, banana daiquiris – awesome.
