It also brought to mind Freaking Dierdre, but I think she worked at Sonic. Also, I don’t remember her being particularly bad, just that she had an unfortunate name.
I think my worst experience(s) would all have to be at Ozona, a great restaurant in Dallas with the BEST patio. Love the atmosphere. Hate the service. I honestly don’t think they could find more incompetent people who are CLEARLY NOT TRAINED. EVER. I won’t even get into specifics, but suffice it to say that if you like having your drinks practically thrown at you, being cussed at by people who WILL NOT TAKE OFF THEIR SUNGLASSES WHILE WORKING or being brought the wrong items, this is the place for you!

Then once @ Sonic (this was with you K, if you remember) I was told they were out of Ice cream. I think I told her I needed a minute to decide what exactly I wanted from a fast food restaurant known primarily for it’s ice cream and cold drinks. As I was complaining how stupid it was to K, she yelled at me over the drive thru speaker that I needed to calm down. I think I shouted “I wasn’t talking to YOU!!!”
OH and then the time the restaurant charged me somewhere around $100 for a $30 check. And then acted like they weren’t going to refund it.

I was young and stupid and we should have walked out. But I did complain and got a $10 coupon for my trouble.
