Joe wants to “build” a box to put the tree on, since Nate will probably be crawling and pulling on things. I’m not sure if that will be a good solution; I think we might take Kristine’s suggestion and tie it to the wall. We also thought about those play yards that kind of look like dog pens and put that around the tree.

Christmas Tree solutions: 1) buy a smaller one and put it on a table. 2) we tied ours to the wall in two places (about 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the way up). Although by Christmas last year ours was not pulling on stuff so much. 3) put the tree in a a hardly ever go in room – if you have such a thing.

Used velcro strips on the fireplace tile and the plexiglass to attach it. Works like a charm. As for the Christmas tree, I think a barbed wire fence might come in handy!!!
