					<description><![CDATA[I still don&#039;t really understand how an accident happens in the HOV...I mean, it&#039;s ONE lane, no one to pass or sideswipe.  Stalls, I get, and those, usually they pull to one side and the traffic can still get through - albeit slowly.  One time I saw a stalled Metro bus in the HOV and watched a freaking Metro bus pass it.  There was scrapage.

I actually do carry a notebook around.  But now the problem is forgetting to write the idea down.]]></description>

I&#039;ve always wondered about accidents in the HOV lane and thought it was something along that order, I avoid backing up whenever possible so would hate to be that driver, or really anyone stuck behind them either.

I see that 288 has accidents already this morning, great my commute will be fun today.  But, in light of the plane crash in Buffalo this morning I really can&#039;t complain.....my prayers go out to those 49 people and their families.]]></description>
